This is a promotional poster for “Gay Cinema,” a film program that was screened in the early 1990s at Filmtheater Desmet in Amsterdam and featured in the Dutch gay community magazine Gay Krant.

At a time when queer culture was still largely underground in Europe, this program focused on alternative and underground queer cinema, making it a rare and historically meaningful piece of printed material from that era.
